Yes. We work with local service engineers worldwide and provide remote commissioning support. Most systems are connected to the internet for remote diagnostics and updates.
No. The iMOTiON system is designed to maintain full compatibility with your existing G-code files and CAD/CAM system. You do not need a new post-processor.
Our I/O hardware is highly flexible — 5V to 48V DC, NPN or PNP, analogue and encoder inputs, PWM outputs. We can accommodate most machine variants.
Most retrofits are completed in two to three days, plus one day for commissioning and training.
We partner with suppliers chosen for long-term design continuity, and we maintain our own stock of critical components. Spares can be ordered directly from us or from our supply partners.
